    Default why are my traktor recordings SO DAMN BIG?!

    just did a recording of 2 basic sized mp3's.. only a total of about 7 minutes.. and the file is a whopping 78.6mb!! at this rate, if i do an hour mix i'll be at over a gig! what should i do guys? i need the file to ultimately be small enough to be downloaded by friends, etc..

    Just convert it to a mp3 file

    just convert the .wav file to an .mp3 file, problem solved!

    I did not know itunes had it (does it have decent options for encoding?) but for people not using itunes the one I posted is decent

    PS: For files with a higher than 192 bit rate, choose "Custom" setting and select 320 in the new window and disable VBR.
