I just came back from a 10 day vaca / family reunion in Cali... Santa Maria style Tri-tip
, I wish they would sell it on the East Coast... Damn man.

I got a ton of suzy Q seasoning, but believe it or not, the tri-tip cut isn't sold out in the east coast (at least not in FL)... Most butchers will only do a $pecial order.
