    Default Sweet Songs for Soundcheck?

Hey! I do the soundcheck at a club and I love to quickly pop something on that really shows off the speakers. I'm wondering if any of you do the same and if you have any wicked tunes that would be great for rocking out for souncheck.

I personally like to you use...

Or the last part of this song...I mean it evens says "Let's go ahead and test out the speakers" at 2:55

I've been doing the "splash test" with every new piece of audio equipment since this track came out.

To determine how much we can push levels of the mixer etc i normally tend to use:

Steve Angello - Teasing Mr Charlie for the heavy bass and for other things sometimes Afrojack - Take over control.

Well produced, clean and deep. Perfect tester. Ive been using it for years.
Would suggest getting the disc or a good copy as the you tube file has some nasty artifacts hanging around the bass notes

    Usually this:

Mainly because it's the first tune in my collection alphabetically, but it also has great bass.

pick something you know really well, preferably with big changes in dynamics and frequency content. And be aware that some clubs have rotten resonances, one club i play cant have Christina Aguilera's "aint no other man" the bass note just causes the room to resonate. Repitching the entire track could solve it but i'm inclined to just not play the track.

I like these two for checks

I always thought I was an atheist, but this might just be proof that there is a god.
