Default Ikea Hack Standing DJ Stand Laptop Turntable Stand

I have wanted a standing desk to dj at with a proper height so I am not hunched over spinning, and found this http://www.ikeahackers.net/2011/01/w...-desk.html?m=1
Threw some LED lights on it (ground-fx) and it's a great DJ table.

Parts from Ikea run about $250

That looks good. Does it have five legs?

Are the TT tonearms & pitchfader as far back as they look in the picture?

I recommend not having them in battle formation, lol.

Wait... is that a Rane 68?

If so, I'm experiencing so much gear envy right now.

That looks pretty sick, I'll have to see about getting myself one of them when I get a place of my own. My back starts to hurt a bit after DJing for a while with my current set up

Thanks for the heads up on this, I've been browsing around for a proper table for quite a while and have never found anything that really fits... this might just work. To get the proper height right now I have $5k worth of gear propped on a cardboard box; just doesn't look right.

Yeah the tables are for serato, and I am thinking about letting them go, once I anchor the table to the wall they will come out further, but I don't want them to tip over spilling my setup, I need to lower the legs about 4 inches, and anchor it to the wall then the tables can come-out, but I am seriously considering letting the tables go now that the proper asio drivers are out for the rane 68.

Thats nicer then the ikea table I got, but mine was cheap and as a drawer. Its works great and hold my cdjs 400s djm 700 mixer with laptop stand and midifighter. Yours is executed way better.
