How many DJs use windows?

I've noticed from reading twitter, going to gigs and watching videos of sets that, of the DJs that use laptops, all of them seem to use macbooks.

I've also noticed that some people on here, myself included use windows (for whatever reasons, financial or otherwise). Are there any 'big name' DJs that use windows? Or do they all use macs?

Flux Pavillion switched to an HP Envy Beats a few months ago, otherwise, I don't know anyone else (Girl Talk uses a panasonic toughbook, if that counts)

Does it really matter?
I mean, maybe to some degree. But ultimately I believe (after having used both) that it comes down to aesthetics and the group think culture that can drive niche markets.

It doesn't even though im switching to Mac.

BreakBot (Edbanger records) uses a Vaio.

Also i believe Deadmau5 is after transfering to a custom built PC, for his live show.

I think the MacBook usage is an artistic thing. Macs always had better industrial design and promoted a "counter culture" artistic vibe. It helped that the entire adobe software suite used to be designed for Mac only use.

I love te MacBook design and if I had the money I'd probably buy one, but widows and my pc works just fine for me and I like my lenovo and think it looks pretty cool. macs are just out of my price range ATM for the specs I want.

I use Windows 7, never had a problem. Feels more unique being a windows dj rather than mac which is odd.

I use a netbook with xp at the moment but soon getting an illuminous green sony vaio with windows 7, think that beast will stand out more then a little glowing apple, like the green case looks like its backlit even though it isnt, looks really nice!
