The only ones I know of are Mixx and xwax
xwax is an awesome DVS, I love it.
Mixxx is a nice project but I feel it has a hell of a long way to go before it can be taken seriously. Nothing feels either well thought out or polished in any way and I had a variety of stability issues.
TerminatorX is some scratching program- I've never used it but it could be cool I guess.
You can use JACK Rack for some nice effects and stuff. Not played with this either but it's on my to do list to route xwax through two instances of this.
Other than that there's not much out there. Unless you're just after a super stable little DVS you're much better off dual booting, sadly.
I wish someone would make some ableton style synced clip launching program.

Deckadance is also available for Linux and it's a very good DJ tool. Works even as an embedded VST so you could have it inside Ableton Live (but that's then not work Linux.)
Deckadance is not available for linux.
