SAVE, close logic, unplug keyboard, plug in keyboard, restart logic.
    If that doesn't work try...
SAVE, close logic, unplug keyboard, restart computer, plug in keyboard, restart logic.

Always my first two trouble shooting routines when equipment buggers up

Maybe try reinstalling the drivers... Is there a Logic update you could run?

This should not happen. Usually the problem is the firmware in USB devices connected to the system. Coming out from sleep mode they don't properly wake up of many reasons. As this is an M-Audio product, good luck in sending them a bug report and hoping it will be fixed.
