TSP2 and S4 upgrade question.

Hello!
So I've decided to get my self an s4 and take advantage of the tsp2 upgrade, but I was wondering how you actually go about getting the upgrade.
The reason I'm asking this as I'm in singapore at the moment, but if I order it I'm going to have to get it deleivered to my home in the UK.
Do I just need to show NI proof I bought the s4 before the 23rd or do I need to actually register my s4 before the 23rd to be able to get it?
The instructions on the NI website where a bit cryptic:

Buy the S4 from the Online Shop or from a dealer
Activate the included software until August 23rd, 2011
You will receive an e-voucher by email within 24 hours of activation
Order theUpgrade Kit in the NI Online Shop within 3 months, and enter the e-voucher code during the checkout process in the respective e-voucher field.

Also sorry if this has already been posted, did try a search but nothing came up!

Was just reading through the terms and conditions and that answered my question, I just have to register my software before the 23rd.
I should do more research before I post!
