Default Help with Itch VCI 300 mk1

There's no sound at all coming from the Itch, but everything else is working fine. I've installed and uninstalled the old versions and 2.0 several times so I have to believe something is wrong with the actual Itch itself.

I don't even have sound coming from my headphones. I've tried all my outputs on it and there's still nothing.

man that's really odd. Do you have Traktor? have you tried plugging Trakor and seeing if the it reads the soundcard. Or try setting up itunes to play thru an external soundcard (the VCI) to make sure it has sound coming out of it.

How do you have it hooked up? I've had two VCI-300's and they worked great. Also make sure in the back of the VCI you do not have it set to THRU and that it's on PC.

I don't have Traktor, I can play something in Itch when the actual VCI isn't hooked up, it comes out of my computer speakers. It's set to PC and also to note the USB cord is acting kind of janky.
