    thanks for sharing that article. its pretty much the true dope from the point of view of those labels, which were considered leaders at the time.
    i do remember going to the 'electronica' section of the record store to buy a chems cd and a paul van dyk cd, and a rave anthems cd.

    Good article. Made me think. What really happened with the EDM world in USA after 9/11. In the rest of the world it took off but here in USA nothing really happened, big time. Maybe finally something will happen with all the electro-house cross-over remixes?

    Really interesting read. Would love to read something similar on electronica music in europe. My knowledge is somewhat lacking...

    Excellent article. That's been shared on my FB page. Brings back lots of memories. I remember placing special orders at my local HMV to get imports of the latest Global Underground albums and much more.
