    just found this

    „Experimental analog sampling with modified vinyls. Sectors from a vinyl record are cut and replaced by pieces with exact shape from other records. When played in a vinyl player the needle follows the grooves from both sectors creating sampled tunes or loops.“

    that's really cool but it sounds like shit. I am not a big fan of these esoteric art mediums that just don't translate to anything more interesting than something like that one video. I mean as a proof of concept - sure it's somewhat interesting - but practically speaking it's essentially useless and doesn't even sound very good.
