Default Faders on Vci-100 are mangled...

So I've been rocking a vci-100 with a broken crossfader for about a month now but I think it's about time to do something about it because the volume faders are starting to glitch out as well. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to either install new faders or fix the current ones?
    Much appreciated, Misha

I always found it hilarious that lube is an accepted term in the states for motor oil etc, and there are garages with lube written on them in huge letters.

Over here, lube pretty much just means KY.
