They responded to my request to unregister my serial the same day.

On a related note, did you guys' products show as unregistered in service centre after they had confirmed by email the de-registration? Mine is still showing as activated and still running in full (non-demo) mode. I dont mind if this is just until the other person activates, but its quite annoying as i want to upgrade my TP1 to TP2 and im not being shown the correct upgrade path on NI's site as they still think my S4 it activated. I emailed them to check and they confirmed that it is deleted from my account...

Try uninstalling it, then running Service Center.

uninstall service center while your at it. It's always messing up so it won't hurt to start fresh with it to.

I sold my T Pro license a while back and although it was unregistered on my account, it still showed in the Service Center and still worked as a full version. It did not affect the person I sold the license too. However once you do a clean install of the OS or get a new computer, it will be gone.

I recommend calling NI when doing things like selling licenses, the response is WAY fast that way.

Yeah it'll stay there and still work, but you won't be able to update it or anything. Just takes up space.
