    Default Progressive/Vocal House and trance

How goes it everyone?! Hope all is well and gigs are a plenty as fall begins to kick off! I am a new-ish DJ using an MC6000 and a recently acquired midi fighter - both of which I love to BITS! I started out mixing with mostly electro house, drum n bass, and dubstep but have recently gotten into progressive house and trance. This track right here sums up exactly the type of stuff I LOVE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lctrfB9QNUA

Anyone have some artist recommendations? I already have most of the Deadmau5 and Avicii tracks but would love some more underground stuff that's just as slammin'. Don't flame me for not researching - I research music day in and day out, just looking for some artist names...I'll do the rest

For prog house I lean towards, Jaytech, Dinka, Claes Rosen, Envotion, Stan Kolev, Pryda, Dave Shtorn, Soundprank, Shingo Nakaruma.

For trance, you can go with all the big names, Sander, Armin, Ferry, etc. So lesser knows but still crazy popular are like TyDi, Filo & Peri, Kyau & Albert, Orjan Nielsen, and actually I think Tom Fall post on DJTT and he has been getting bigger and bigger each track he releases.

I'm all over jaytech at the minute. Subscribe to his podcast and you'll find LOTS of nice prog in there. Take a look at some of Ben Coda's recent releases (Manchester AM & Brighton Rocks). Also keep a look out for Zack Roth. He's released a few beasts lately (Tekkadon is pure class). G TEK is someone else to look out for.

If you want something more prog trance than the label you want to search is the Anjunabeats label. That is Above&Beyond's label and they just keep on releasing top quality progressive trance. Artists to look out for are Arty (have a listen to Zara, it's a banger), Mat Zo (very good in my opinion), Andy Moor (from my home town :-) ) and super8 & Tab.

That should keep you going for a bit!! ;-)
