Weapons, not food, not homes, not shoes
Not need, just feed the war cannibal animal
I don't normally do biographies, but Richard Bransons' "Losing My Virginity" is an absolutely brilliant read.
I'll pick up anything by Robin Cook - "Toxin" is one of my favorites, but you might want to stay away from hamburgers for a while.
On a Sci-Fi note a really entertaining read was The Second Angel by Philip Kerr
Glad I found this thread. Read Stephen King's Dark Tower series. Loved that shit. Finished the Game of Thrones series recently. Loved that shit, too. Currently reading The Girl with all the Gifts, which is meh, but a filler for now. Any recommendations for similar books to the ones I've mentioned?
The book that has inspired me is that of the works of Philip Yancy. I read his masterpiece, "Disappointment with God" as well as "Where is God when it hurts?". Honestly, both books has been an eye-opener to the things I have took for granted and the things that I have failed to appreciate.
Lipstick Traces: A Secret History of the 20th Century by Greil Marcus

my favorite book is godfather. i've read it many times
"Thousand nights" (re-make of 1 thousand and one night) by Jonhston. And also Terry Pratchet - anything.
My favorite one is "The Old Man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway.
