Default Creating a "Wave" Sound in TP2

Hi guys, is there anyway to use the effects in TP2 to create a sort of "whooshing" effect? Like a wave/build up. sort of like white noise. Or would it b btr to just get a sound clip? Thanks guys!

You can also dowload a white noise sound (i don't have any url but i found one so you should fine one too) and loop it in the 3rd or 4th deck, and then you will be able to use fx on it (gater )
