Backstory: I bought an S4, and one of the loop encoders was faulty. I them wrestled with NI customer support, and now they have agreed to take back the faulty S4.
However, in the email which contained the customs note, RA number, and how to get your money back for shipping, they happened to forget the address I should ship the S4 to.....
Do I just address it:

Or have they actually forgotten to tell me where to send it?
