    Default Website for music?

Yes, I am new. Yes i have read the stickies. I Just joined minutes ago, but im very familiar with forums, I apologize in advance if I do anything to piss anyone off with this thread, but on to my question.

I used to have this website that has songs for download. It provided the original, Extended Instru, instrumental, acapella, and sometimes a few remixes, it was a paid service, (somewhere around 20-some a month), and i cannot find it for the life of me. Does anyone know any site that provides such services? i would like to download instrumentals and acapellas and this was the only site i knew about.

    Thanks

These kinds of web sites come and go, many have illegal a capellas and so on. If you really need access to those, use Google. Meanwhile, Beatport sells a capellas and other material for remixing.

Is there any tutorial to teach me how to strip the acapella from the beat or vice versa? Is this something feasible on WavePad or Audacity Or Fl Studio?

Do another google search and you find somewhat half-working ways to extract the voice from the music, mostly related to phase cancellation of a stereo signal where the voice is in the middle.

If you really want stems for mixing, I have tons of projects, could export some and have fun, if it sounds good we could even release it as another remix via the normal distribution channels. Just note I'm mostly working with tech house and techno music myself.

http://www.acapellas4u.co.uk/ is probably the best site on the net for accapellas, its free for the most part and the legality is questionable so use at your own risk. Lots of big name djs use it and i think the record companies turn a blind eye as its only accapellas so is useless to 99% of people
