    Default Ableton Zoom issue.

When im using ableton in arrange view, sometime when i zoom in by holding the bar at the top and dragging down, the cursor is pulled to the right of screen and the zoom zooms out and locks into position, forcing me to reboot everytime this happens. Any explanation and/or solution would be gold.

Sorry - not had that (with Ableton). Are the batteries low in your mouse, making it spaz out? My cursor often jumps around the screen unpredictably when my batteries are running low - butt he power usage is so small that they're often 'running out' for bloody ages!

Try replacing them with new ones and see if the problem persits....

Nah its not the mouse, i dont even use a mouse (trackpad on laptop). I dont think the issue is the hardware as ive never had that problem anywhere out of ableton.

Ahhh right. I think it's probably best to hit up tech support to see if they've had any similar reports in the past. Seems odd. It also seems unlikely that if it's a software issue that you'd be the only person to experience it...

...also, is there not a zoom shortcut on the keyboard to take you away from using the mouse. Between your midi keyboard and and normal keyboard, you should be able to operate Ableton almost 100% without the aid of a mouse.
