Yeah, that is kind of odd. 12inchskinz are normally spot on. Not enough to bother me, personally, but I think if was ordering them again, I'd probably customise and do away with all those red rings anyway. They aren't really needed.

Fader caps won't even fit on the K2 if you tried.

See here for pics of Chroma Knobs and Encoders on the K2: http://forum.djtechtools.com/showthread.php?t=76989

    I've liked the idea of chroma caps since they first came out so now I've got a settled set up and I'm not changing anything (again ever!) I've taken the plunge and just bought this little lot;

3 x DJTT Encoder Knob (Blue)
1 x DJTT Fatty Knob (Red)
    1 x DJTT Fader (Blue)
2 x DJTT Super Knob (Grey)
13 x DJTT Super Knob (Red)
1 x DJTT Fatty Knob (Green)
13 x DJTT Super Knob (Green)
2 x DJTT Encoder Knob (Red)
    3 x DJTT Fader (Red)
2 x DJTT Encoder Knob (Green)
    3 x DJTT Fader (Green)
2 x DJTT Super Knob (Blue)
2 x DJTT Fatty Knob (Blue)

48! Thats for a Z2, X1 Mk2 and an F1 can't believe how much I've spent on caps. Simple colour scheme; red for port, green for starboard and blue for common controls.

Looking forward to the postman coming

The guys at DJTT sent me some CC's to test out on the DJM850.

I regret to report that they do not fit at all. The fatty just about fit's on the FX para pot, but the fatty is a little TOO fat to use on that knob without your fingers bumping into the adjacent knob.

The faders are useless because of Pio's fader lock system. Standard knobs sit too high up on the eq pots.

Gutted. I wanted to pimp my 850.

Chroma caps fit nicely on my DJM900 - currently using them on Filters, Headphone volume+mix, FX Level/Depth.

I'll test them on EQ now. Edit: They fit fine on the EQ section too.

I received a demo package from DJTT with a couple knobs and tested them on the following device's
    Livid CNTRL:R
    Korg Zero 4
    Arturia Mini Lab

The CNTRL:R does have already some good knobs with a rubber feel to it. Which are extremely hard to get off, especially the encoder caps. The shafts of the knobs on the controller are round so the Chroma Caps need to be modified to fit.
    IMG_0283.jpg
The encoder Chroma Cap does fit nicely on the encoder shafts of the CNTRL:R but the cap is a bid bigger than the standart cap from Livid, so I won't recommend replacing them since than there is not enough space for you fingers the fit around the knob.

    IMG_0284.jpg
The normal Chroma Cap does also fit on the encoder shaft but sits very close to the faceplate but the encoder click does work.
    IMG_0290.jpg
The Fader cap doesn't fit properly on the CNTRL:R and it touches the faceplate.

The Arturia has 16 Encoders and the encoder Chroma Cap does touch the face plate if you push it al the way down. You can lift it a little a will sit nicely.

Lastly the Korg Zero 4. Faders Caps does fit nicely, the normals caps does not really the EQ's since the touch the faceplate and there is not much space for your fingers left en you won't be able to see the led lichting anymore. The fat caps does fit nicely on the selector shafts but like the EQ's you won't see the led lighting very well.

I do find some problems with uploading pix of 2,3 MB or bigger. Gonna try uploading them later.
