it's been so long... and i hate these people so baaad now but feel like there's nothing i can do about it... what do you think? and the thing is i've left UK about 5 months ago...

Hello, I've got this situation where i bought a mixer online, and they sold me an item off display which had a warranty for 1 year but there were no documents attached and it turned out that the item was faulty, it took me about 2 weeks to realize that when i got the grip of how it works and the way it functions. I was trying to get in touch via e-mail for about 1 month, they totally ignored me, and when i called them on the phone about fifth time they told me to send it over for a repair, since then i haven't seen my item and you're not going to believe this but it's been 6 months since i sent it by mail. Now every time i call them they tell me that they're still waiting for a part to be sent over so they can repair it, or they keep telling me to get in touch via e-mail which they ignore anyway and i get no reply. They have ignored over 30 e-mails from me, and I'm sure if I call them now again they would just tell me that it's being repaired and will be sent to me in about 1-2 weeks. That is just so inappropriate to behave like this with your customers, there must be someone who could help me to get this sorted.
