    discogs has helped me find many a record that didnt make it to MP3 or CD...

    You know what,, that trip to HTFR was the biggest waste of time ever.
    My mate was repairing a pair of 1210 and he needed all sorts of bits.
    I figured he would have checked stock levels etc.

    We drove 102 miles to get there (pretty much for a day out), i played about with some gear (i remember the Denon 1600 just came out).

    And what did he buy....... 2 x 45 adapters. Thats it.
    Everything he wanted, tone-arms, pitch dials, counter weights etc were out of stock.

    5 hour round trip.

    At least i got that pic of the owners car.
