When you save a Live Set for the first time it creates a folder of the same name with the word "Project" appended to it. The .ALS file is then saved inside this folder. (btw you can save multiple .ALS files within the one project)

When you do a "Collect All and save" it copies all files used into the Project folder (usually in a sub folder called "samples")

So if you copy the entire Project folder to the second machine you will have everything you need.

However Ableton Live has a way of making this even easier and more understandable - ABLETON LIVE PACKS (.ALP)

    File | Manage Files

This will display a panel on the right with the option to create a pack file.
Essentially everything you need to transfer to the other machine is put into one single archive file (.alp)

Copy this to the other machine and double click

.ALP are the recommended way of transferring /sharing Ableton Live sets/projects
