Tap tempo. It was great for putting beat grids down or just even setting the tempo of the track. However it was completely bust. So it should be fixed now.

Does anyone know how the tap in beat grid is supposed to work? I haven't updated yet but here's what I experience:
Load a new track
Notice that traktor placed the beat marker incorrectly, and that the tempo is wrong.
Delete the auto marker and place one manually.
Start tapping. It seems like traktor wants to hold onto its incorrect tempo (try tapping way too fast, traktor doesn't seem to care). It also replaces my manually placed grid marker. It essentially acts as if I didn't tap at all but rather hit the "auto" button.
Finally!
And I have a question. I realized that I never installed 2.0.3 on my laptop. I upgraded 2.0.2 to 2.1.1. Can I still install 2.0.3? If not it's not big deal as long as 2.1.2 delivers.
2.1.2 succs ass
I'm inclined to agree with you - enter world of pain here.
In fact every version of TP 2 has, as you so eloquently put it, 'succd ass'.
Although I believe I have found the answer.
