    Default hesitant's setup

A couple of pics of my setup. Launchpad now gone and using my Maschine and KP3 instead. Due to the limited space I can only fit one monitor on the table but will be upgrading the space.

And just realised I need to change my gear spec in my signature

You route ableton to one of your channels on the mixer along with the two CDJs ? Or how do you use the laptop/software ?

Very nice to see those CDJs and that huge djm-2000. I wish I had the money to afford that

Yeah I'm routing Ableton through channel one but since getting rid of the Launchpad I've tried it with Maschine also which is good for making beats on the fly so currently switching between both.

Wow. They look so sweet!!! One day if I DJ a lot more than I am outside I will pick those up as well. Can't justify them if I just go out and DJ once every like other month lol.

yeah I had a set of 2000's and they were fantastic. Easy to use, looked great, the quantize was useful and I actually used rekordbox too lol. I got mine before I started getting a few gigs and I found that because I was used to them already, I had the extra confidence at the gig. End of the day i think it was that extra confidence and knowing how to use their features that helped me get a lot more gigs because i was using something that i was already confident with :P
