help with DJ/io

i am new dj.. i got a dj/io last year around November, i noticed whenever i try to play my music just a little loader my songs suddenly stops and then starts again..... is that a problem with my dj/io or do i need a new sound card...

this is my set up...

hp pavilion dv6000, two Behringer Erolive B212a, and dj/io, and cords.

Sounds like the bass vibrations are moving your scratch platters. Try placing your controller on some foam or a soft pillow to islate it from vibration.
