    Default Daytime jobs?

So assuming you guys aren't all extremely successful djs/producers that I'm lucky to be communicating with, what do you do during the day?

I'm a college student and I work on campus at a desk job.

How do you find money to buy all this outrageously expensive stuff?

    Extremely off-topic.. my bad.

I practice the piano during the day. I teach piano during the night. I fit djing in between. Going to uni next year to study music. I got my stuff in increments. I first bought an eeepc 701 for like 400, upgraded to the 1000h for another 100, then traded it for a macbook for another 500. and eventually got the vci-100 and firebox through more trades.

I am a legal assistant at a big law firm in Manhattan.
I use my hard earned cash to buy expensive shiny toys and CDs... most of which I will never recoup engaging in this hobby.

I guess. Too bad the ratio of suffering to enjoyment is way off. (Tell me someone here has seen Office Space: "The ratio of people to cake is too big...")

I am a student, but am currently interning full time, which is good because I am making money, too bad my bank account is joint with my parents so they can see all the money I am spending. This is why I am procrastinating spending ~$420 on speakers.
