ION iCUE is driving me nuts!

It's supposed to come with a CD of Cue LE.
But it doesn't.
Theres no download or ANYTHING on the manufacturer page.
I just got this supposed serial.
It looks very weird tough.
(21)N37643I02811783 (I switched some numbers ofcourse but kept the weirdness like the letters and the () in front)

Can ANYONE help me?

I got it now :P
I upgraded to virtual DJ Pro so I'm good to go now
