Agreed. When I bought Pro Tools from them, I got 3 phone calls. One to make sure I knew I was trying to buy the student/educator version and that I'd have to prove to Avid that I was a student; one a few days later to make sure the download/verification/install went okay; and one to make sure I was having a good experience and liked it. I tested out the HDJ1500 at best buy and they werent as comfortable as the 1000's. Plus I dont like the plastic headband. Originally Posted by MYE
