    Default FXs used during transition

    Hey guys,
    this video inspired me:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMbsAIBs3uE

The idea is to create a chain of effects that will sound very good when transitionning from one song to another.

Another example (totally different but great) :

I'm using traktor and I tried to reproduce this effect using Flanger+TurntableFX but... not very convincing.

Do you guys know some effects that can be used during transition (and sound very good)?

couldn't you do it exactly the same way... create a micro loop, make the pitch range wide (100%), disable key lock, increase the pitch, don't know if you have a tape stop (breaker) effect, if not, deactivate the loop and lower the pitch fader rapidly to stop the track, then press pitch reset enable keylock and play. If you have tape stop just activate that.

    thanks no problem.
but I was asking a general question you know.
    An answer can be:

I want to make a transition from A (playing) to B (stop, cue point set):
    I put a reverb on deck B,
I move the cross-fader from A to the center and hit the cue point on the beat.
I do that 3 times, remove the reverb and then perform the transition.

The result is ok but not extraordinary.

Maybe someone has some good trick and want to share?
