I wouldn't say anything on the mic, I'd go silent then play this acapella then grab a sample of "get up" with an efx 1000 feedback loop, tweek it out rythmically and then drop "let the good times roll" and watch everyone lose their shit, and maybe to top it in the tech intro with the acapella from "fatboy slim - right here right now" in there as well until the build up
