Traktor scratch pro.. Wont work...

hello there.. i recently bought traktor scratch pro 2 and i cant get the timecode cds to work...
my set up is 2 cdj 1000s a djm 600 mixer and a brand new laptop..
i followed all the set up instructions .. all cables are in right places .. when traktor is set up i can only play music by hitting play on the internal mixer nothing happens when i use my cdjs at all.. my output settings are showing input sound through deck c and d and thats it nothing will calibrate ON DECK A AND B and its as if i dont have any cdjs linked up at all. i have tried everything but nothing is working... it says in manual that i need to change the routing in audio set up swap channels for a and c and swap chanels b and d but this is impossible as the photo give is completely different to whats on my screen it wont let me swap anything at all.. this is my 5th day at this and i feel like just giving up i cant get it working any advice please...
