Default I need to bulk up my classic house collection, tips on how to do cheaply

Right I really need to bulk up my classic house music collection as got some gigs coming up where dance classics will be needed.

Whats the easiest and cheapest way I can pick up a whole load of dance classics. I'm hunting around albums but most arent dj friendly, so after some suggestions off you guys.

give me an example of what you think a classic house track is?

sometimes you have to track down the CD or the record to get them...you just have to dig for them like you would anything else...and hope that some are still available...

There are compilations available, but they're mostly on cd and would need to be shipped. So, your best bet might jus be beatport.

Teraxsource has more stuff along those lines and occasionally puts out bigger compilations.

And trackitdown might work depending on how far back their database goes, though getting all of your music like that is probably a bad idea.

Also, labels sometimes put out compilations that sometimes stick around on their website.

nem0nic posted a guide to getting around territory restrictions on the djtt blog a while ago.

It's even easier now…there are Firefox, Safari, and Chrome extensions that do all of the leg work for you.
