Nice, following on the twitter and FB, definitely going to make sure my next trip up there coincides with it

IMO let's not get caught up in what it is and what it isn't, don't worry about giving it a name, just enjoy the great music that's coming out of the scene!

Got the 7" of this winging it's way to me soon, this and the flip are both huge tracks.

Relatively unknown producer from Poland, putting out some great tracks.

    /\ This!

I totally agree, everything gets re-done time and time again.

I still just stick to calling it all dance music where possible, this constant need to pigeon hole things causes proper headaches when trying to flyer and poster our gigs now, you end up seeing them saying things like:

House, breaks, garage, techno, dub, grime, blah, blah blah blah blah blah.......

Thats why we adopted Bass as that was where most of the above was in our EQ spectrum.
MBP, 15.4", Ableton Live 8 Suite, Novation Remote SL, Pioneer XDJ-RX, Traktor, VCI 100SE!

Haha yeah, if I tried to fit all the genres I 'kind-of' cross into ne flyer, it'd end up huge...

and it's the same for me, I use 'dance music' or 'electronic music' regularly to sum up the band of music I listen to and play

Anyone in the UK seen the new Manchester Warehouse Project line-up for easter sunday? It is pretty sick! Just bought my tickets

Not sure on the Tune of the Year but it wouldn't have surprised me! Anyone know the difference between Hot Natured and Hot Creations?

The WHP lineup is unbelievable! Getting my ticket shortly. Looking forward to checking out the new venue. Hopefully there won't be any no-shows like at the 'End of Store St' whp though.

It all sounds different to me but it all mixes well with each other and with the classics which they are influenced by, if done correctly.
I see, so it's more of an all encompassing genre? A supra-genre?
I would have had Bax down as garage but that's just me
No point getting tied down in genres though like you guys say, if it sounds right and goes then it doesn't matter.

---Not sure on the hot creations/hot natured difference though? Anyone?

You are partially right, but I guess you would of meant UK Garage...
