Could help protect from beer spills

On the macbook pro the exhaust is the space between the hinge/screen and the main part of the comp. the intake is between the keys.
Problem is... most keyboard covers don't show the letter lights through the silicone covers so it kinda makes it really hard to see during as gig with dark lights. unless you buy the $30 Moshi keyboard cover which is extremely thin and unnoticeable. Still blocks the intake tho.

i find just threatening to hit someone with my mic helps prevent beer spills... on a serious note though.. the mic is much more expensive than these... has anyone tried them on anything other than a mac yet? i'd presume they would fit as usb and jacks are a standard size, i'll have to pick some up great find
