    Can someone tell which is the best mp3 tag editor for mac?

    I use Tagr, it's pretty good and works on other formats too.

    But honestly, one of the reasons I installed windows on my mac this week, is to have access to the Godfather MP3 editor, which is still the best tagger IMO. If I can find a Mac equiv it would be great.

    imo, mp3tag is the best tag editor by far.

    you can run it on os x through wine. according to wine's appdb, compatibility is perfect (i.e., mp3tag has platinum status, meaning it's one of the applications "which install and run flawlessly on an out-of-the-box Wine installation").

    I use Fission (paid) now to physically edit mp3s natively without having to re-encode / loose quality.

    Can also edit tags etc. I bought it bundled with audio hijack pro. another nice little program.
