Im having the same problem. when i save link as it just downloads an XML file. HELP!

ok, here is what to do:

in Outlook (or whatever Mail Program you use), look at the very top.
You should see a link called

"Email not displaying correctly? View it here."

click on it, and you'll be directed to the proper download page.
There you can right click on the link and save as .... ,
then choose All Files from the Drop Menu, and save ending as .tsi

right click worked fine. gonna load it up now and give 'er a whirl.

I'm having trouble downloading file. why is it in a excel file and not .tsi file mapping format? How to I change this over on my mac?

Since so many people are having issues with downloading the tsi file I am about to resend the email update with a link to a zipped version of the tsi file. I hope that fixes everyone's download problems.
