Default Where to Buy - User Recommended Hardware Dealers

This isn't related to any specific piece of equipment but maybe we could all post where the best places in our Town/City to buy are.

I'm from Toronto and I find that Long & McQuade and Steves are the best. I'll be in New York in a couple of weeks and I was wondering where a good place to buy in the big apple is.

    -Cheers and thanks!

The best store in Germany is www.thomann.de .
Every music store I was in was expensive in comparison, the only way to get instruments cheaper may be in a store that sells used instruments.
Thomann also got nearly everything and there are often useful informations about what you buy and it lists articles about this and that, so you can inform yourself about what you buy.

Thomann.de is great, also used by a lot of dutch people.

    I also tend to use Feedback.nl, New-Line.nl and Bax-Shop.nl.
