I just recently Upgraded to Traktor pro 2. After the upgrade my Mixdeck would not connect at all with my Macbook Pro. It Conects to my Imac which is running the same OS.

Everytime i switch to MIDI mode to use my laptop, mixdeck, and Traktor together nothing shows up on my screen on my mixdeck. And when i check out whats connected it does not say that my Mixdeck is connected.

Ive looked at other forumes and reinstalled bothin numark and traktor and nothing has worked.
Its as if my mac does not recognize at all the mixdeck.

    Can anyone please help?

Did you configure the mixdeck in the little setup wizard when you first install tp2?

Yes ive ran the Setup Wizard and when i go into Audio set up it still only says Built in Core it does not come up with Numark

The thing is it use to work, then all of a sudden now it just does not show that it is connected to my Mac.

Have you tried another usb cable? Also try looking in your system profiler to make sure your mac is recognizing that somethings there in the first place

If the macbook is in warranty I would call Apple. Have you connected anything else to the usb port to veryify the usb port is functioning? Also you could try doing an smc reset by removing the battery and holding down the power button for 10 seconds.
