Pretty sure everything is equally important in most cases. Can't DJ without music, but can't dj without cables / cdjs or laptop or vinyl, or the dj, or music at all. So this is a pretty pointless question :P

the most important thing would be my macbook charger. it took forgetting it to a mobile gig and having a friend drive it over to realize how important that can be

In order for me:
My headphones (Has to be Sennheiser HD25's)
CDJ's (Has to be 1000mk3's or 2000's)
Mixer (Quite flexible with what i use)
I never forget my CD wallet so that's that sorted.
