Itunes Song Problem

Well i just recently wiped my laptop to optimize it for Traktor/Ableton/Reason purposes and ran into a confusing problem. I copied all the music i had to a hard drive and all of it went seamlessly back onto my comp and onto itunes. But some of the songs, including all the ones ive purchased from Itunes, when i try to play them in traktor now some crazy message pops up at the bottom. I messed up and did it right before a small house party and it seriously hindered my song selection, making me kinda look like a fool. Anyone else had this problem and know how to take care of it?
