Default Any way to help me stop bouncing around while djing

I practiced djing standing up yesterday for the first time and I bounce around so much. I just get so into the music that I want to dance. Any ideas to help me not do that? I feel like it looks bad and I look like an idiot while I do it.

We all do. It helps you get into it, don't feel self conscious!

Why would you want to not dance while DJing? I actually once managed to dance a pit of like 15cm depth into the dusty ground while spinning at an open air party

You should use ankle and wrist weights. It might deter you from bouncing and if not, you'll be getting a work out too.
