    Default Timecode setup question

    Hey

A friend is looking at switching from his S4 setup to a timecode setup and has asked me a few questions. Only thing is i can't find a definitive answer anywhere so thought id ask here.

He basically wants a 4 deck setup - 2 Turntables with timecode and 2 decks controlled with an X1 + the ability to sync maschine. so am i right in thinking that only an Audio10 will do?

How easy is it then to use the turntables with regular vinyl? (assumption is that he will need multicore cables?)

Does the Audio10 come with all of the relevant cables to make this happen?

    Thanks in advance

Well he could just get the S4 scratch upgrade and then use the s4 as a 4 channel mixer with 2 deck control and FX plus 2 turntables. Think that's what I'd do for home use.

Yeah he's got that already but he's obsessing over getting a mixer and ditching the S4.

Ok, if he's sending 4 channels to an external mixer he'll need an A10 or an A8, yes.
