    Default Recording in Reason?

    Hey guys

So, according to this crazy website it seems Propellerheads is releasing a new software to record, and then integrate directly into Reason.

    YAY!

    Yeah, so,

I agree. I know Reason doesn't accept VST support, but I really enjoy their interface and set up. Maybe this Record will accept VSTs...

I got really excited when I read that. BUT, I'm not to sure on the interface. I'll have to look more into when it comes out. BTW I am a reason user for 3-4 years.

I've been off the boat for around a year or two now... but I've been getting the itch to produce, just need to get my room to the point of work-flow and I'll be golden

Supposedly, they wanted to recreate a digital version of the old SSL mix table.

Strange thing though. To my opiinion, you don't use (older) SSL tables for electronic music, you use them for instrument recording mixes.

But than again, that's just me.

If you own or have access to an SSL, believe me, you'll use it even for electronic music...
But anyway... it's maybe because there's already Reason for electronic music that Record recreate this SSL, it's more for recording than producing only electronic music... the video demonstrate it pretty weel I think...
    That's my opinion...
