Using sweeps in Traktor's sample decks when mixing?

what do you guys think of using sweeps over some iffy transitions using traktor's sample decks? I recently got an s4 and started messing around with the idea and wanted to get some opinions on it.

it's perfectly valid, i keep a few white noise samples at hand and build the sweeps instead.

I was actually of thinking of doing that too that way I dont have to drop the sample at the perfect moment, because if you get it one bar later then you can tell its not supposed to be there. Thanks for your input!

Most of the risers/downs/sweeps/noises come with the measure in bars. So if youre using a 16 bar riser, drop it 16 bars before the drop.

yea i know thats what Im doing but sometimes I drop it a little late or too early, Ill prob get better at it once I mess around with it some more bc ive only tried it a few times
