    he djs without headphones, so is he using monitors as headphones? or all his sets memorized ahead of time?

    haha awesome. it's good to see more well known producers such as laidbackluke can work with minimal studio setups like this one. The advances in digital technology are probably the greatest gift to musicians EVER.

    He has in ear headphone custom made. His mother is a prosthetist.
    He dj's with those.
    CAn you imagine a whole 4 hours dj set with no cueing? omg!

    But shows the true meaning of "Tech never replaces skill".
    I mix stuff on my things...

    great vid! I again realize that it's not the gear that matters, but how you use it. Also reminds me of Mylo, who apparently produced his whole 'Destroy Rock-n-roll' album just using his iMac. And Luke uses FL Studio (ex- fruity loops) as his DAW.

    I'm not a big fan of his music, but I totally enjoy his latest one with Steve Angello - Show me love - a real festival hit for this summer!

    He has what we call a ' Feature Wall' where you have one wall in a room decorated with elaborate wallpaper whilst the other walls are painted with just one colour.
