    [QUOTE=Stewe;761056]Exactly.

    That's likely what I'll end up doing. I'm certainly in no way lacking in buttons, but I suppose it's more an OCD/ pet-peeve type deal; having a don't touch button. Maybe I'll get creativr later on, once I actually have a solid mapping.

    Thanks again

    Hey, I have the CMD PL1 and I was practicing in tractor and suddenly the pitch fader on the controller stopped responding.
    This happened on more than on occasion . Has this happened to anyone else who owns/owned this unit.
    I made sure I was on the right deck, and I even changed usb cables. Thanks guys

    Default Sysex chart for CMD CV-1

    Hi

    I'm trying to reset my CMD DV-1. I have 4 and they seem to act differently. I have used ht SysEx message F0 7F 00 07 01 F7 to reset relative function but some of the buttons lights act differently. Does anyone have any idea of any more SysEx messages for the units, maybe a reset to factory? Not actually using them for djing but for controlling a virtual analog sequencer.

    Has anyone noticed that some PL-1 units have a grooved (like vinyl) platter surface while others are not grooved and flat instead? Are these different revisions?

    Mine has grooves too. It was a sample unit so maybe that's the difference.
