    Thanks for all the recommendations. After listening to a few mix tapes and Last.fm recommendations I think I've found the labels which are putting out the sound that I am looking for.

    I've posted this video in the Deep House/Bass Music thread to se if it falls under that but this is the sound I'm really liking at the moment. I wouldn't class it as Deep House but a lot more subby (if that's a word) then electro. Let me know what you think.

    Yep...he is a local ...from Cape Town!



    Something bad happened to him a month ago.

    They played at a party in Stellenbosch and the organizer had setup the lights and lazers etc.

    Apparently one of em forgot to cover the lazer with the lens in the front.

    So half way through Haezer's set, he could not see. Ended up coming off the decks and being taken to the doc.
    He had a burn across the front of his face, like over the nose and eyes and forehead!!!

    Last I heard, his sight was coming back slowly, but was indeed coming back.

    Scary!
