Anyone else feel emotionally drained after a night of playing DJ?

my biggest issue is falling asleep after a gig, since i always have like 100 tracks stuck in my head and buzzing around.

This, i normally dont finish till about half 3 sometimes and after this i struggle to get to sleep, normally stay up till 6/7 in the morning ot sometimes dont even bother going to bed

i never get home befor 7-8 so it´s like staying up till 11-12 and then finally falling asleep

Man....back in the day....I played 4am till 7am. Went home, showered and went to work!

Lucky it was Thursday Night\Friday morning...So the friday at work was not too harsh.
