I currently have Tracktor Duo 2 and VDJ that I use with my Numark Mixdeck. Can I add more effects to Tractor? If so how do I do it? VDJ has 10-15 effects where as Tracktor only has like 3-4. I know there has to be more.

VDJ Pro has unlimited effects as you can use vst's, plus there is about 90 native ones for pc that you can download from the vdj forum although only half of those sound good.. and mac is a bit sparse

Update your totally legit copy of Traktor from the Service Center where you registered your totally legit version of Traktor. Behold! You now have 25 effects!
